Key details regarding our return policy:

Please inform us within 7 days if you need to return or replace your product.

Returns/Exchanges will be accepted only for the following reasons:

• Wrong item received
• Defective or damaged item received
• Damaged or washed items by the customer

We do not accept returns for the following reasons:

• Size issues (size is specified in the description)
• Color issues (color variation may occur with Rudraksha and Bracelet due to their nature)
• Disliking the bracelet (bracelet photos and videos are available to all customers)

In case of any error from our end, a replacement will be initiated free of cost. If you are not willing to get a replacement, we can give you a store credit of the value of your order.

Our team will evaluate replacement eligibility based on customer-provided pictures and unboxing videos, and the team's decision is final.

For prepaid orders, if delivery is unsuccessful, refunds will be issued to the in-store wallet after deducting shipping fees, or we can resend your order upon your request.

Approved returns will be credited to the in-store wallet as a discount code or gift card for the next order; no refunds will be issued to UPI IDs or bank accounts.

To initiate a return/replacement, send us a message on whatsapp:

1. Enter your name and phone number.
2. Send a photo of the product purchased
3. We'll cross check everything and let you know of what can be done.
4. Upon return and inspection, if approved, the amount will be credited to the in-store wallet.

If a courier partner is unavailable, customers must courier the product back for replacement.

Damages and issues must be reported immediately upon reception.
